1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Excellent attention to detail- removed the stress and hassle of organising hotels and travel but left us with the freedom to explore and not be tied to rigid schedules. It was a relief to stay in hotels that were better than expected (particularly in Tokyo and Kyoto). The package represented great value for money- we were unable to find anything as remotely comprehensive on the net at the same price.

There was no pressure to finalise the deal and Toby was very patient with us as we ironed out the finer details. We were very happy with the bespoke level of service

Excellent, clean and modern hotels in the cities. The more traditional inns were what we expected and great to experience.

Tickets and info were all spot on...Needless to say, Japanese public transport is second to none- it just works!

The package offered great value for money. I want to explore on holiday but not necessarily have to worry about transport, connections or hotels. Foe me these are somewhat secondary to the style of holiday I enjoy. Inside Japan fitted the bill perfectly.
